I’m thoroughly pleased with how Spartan Stormshield handled our damaged roof repair, storm damage claim and ultimately full roof replacement. Andy was extremely thorough and professional in walking us through the claim process, initiating the insurance claim and quoting the replacement. Andy and Joel were relentless in identifying leaks and making temporary repairs to prevent further interior damage while the claim was in process. The full roof installation and gutters were installed professionally and without problems. This was not an easy task with over 5800 sq. ft. of roof and 330 ft. of gutters. The crews handled by Tony and Jes were considerate of landscaping and housekeeping. Jes and Joey followed up on any concerns we had and made sure that we were completely satisfied. We really thought we wouldn’t like the process, but Jack Thompson and the Spartan Shield Team made our roof replacement project easy. From early design discussions to installation, we felt comfortable with the communication and were very pleased with the final result!

Jake and Dan did a bang-up job of repairing my roof this afternoon after a dishonest roofer had pulled up 12 shingles trying to make it look like wind damage. Spartan Storm Shield came out quickly to inspect the roof on Monday and then did the repair on Friday. They gave me the senior discount and couldn't have been nicer.

We waited as long as possible to get our roof done. Jack Thompson gave us the different options we had. He went out of his way to get us several samples, clearly explained the process and was very prompt in following up with us. My husband, an architect, was very particular and Jack got everything he wanted done correctly. We are thrilled with our new roof and how quickly and efficiently everything got done. Highly recommend!

Our roof needed hail damaged repaired in 23 jack Thompson came and guided myself and my wife through the first estimate up until the roof was completed. He was personable and seemed to.have a full perspective of not only the roof repair but very well versed in structural knowledge it seemed. He was always open to answer any questions and kept us in the loop the entire process. We couldn't have been more pleased with the experience we had working with the Spartan storm shield and Jack.
