I would give 10 stars if possible! Andrew came out 1st and made everything so clear and easy to start the process. Worked directly w my insurance company so I didnt have to. Was always available if I had any questions. Then the day of tear off and replace... Anthony and Justin and their crew did an amazing job! They were here at 730 and done by 330! They had a dumpster here...tarps..and finished the cleanup w strong magnet rollers for the area surrounding my house and gutters for all the nails and whatever else came off roof! The quality of their work is 10 stars! Couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend!

As someone who works in the trades, I don’t hand out compliments lightly—especially when it comes to workmanship. That said, I couldn’t be more impressed with the roofing job done by Andy Emley at Spartan Storm ShieldFrom start to finish, everything was handled the right way. The crew showed up on time, kept the job site clean, and most importantly, the quality of the install speaks for itself. You can tell they take pride in their work—details were dialed in, flashing and shingle lines are clean, and everything was done to a professional standard.It’s not always easy finding contractors who still do things the right way, but these guys do. I genuinely appreciate the level of craftsmanship and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof done right the first time.

We had a bit of a rocky start with Spartan, when their crew accidentally left quite a few roofing nails scattered around our property after finishing the job. Naturally, we were worried about our vehicles and safety.However, what really defines a great company is how they handle a mistake. As soon as I contacted them about the issue, they took immediate accountability. They sent someone out right away to thoroughly sweep and resolve the problem. To make things right, they even proactively offered a free tire replacement guarantee if we happen to find any stray nails in our tires.Accidents happen, but you can't fake excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and give us peace of mind. I really appreciate their responsiveness and integrity, and I would definitely recommend them!

The roofing crew was very professional and worked diligently all day. They didn't leave until all work was completed and the yard cleaned up.

We had a roof leak and couldn’t figure out where it was or how to deal with it. We called Spartan storm shield. Aaron Walters-Boyd came out assessed the situation and assured us that we would be taken care of! Aaron handled everything from beginning to end along with dealing with our Insurance company. Aaron was informative and explained everything in great detail. We were completely satisfied and will refer the company and Aaron to anyone in need!

I called Aaron because I noticed some missing singles. He came over and tarted the exposed areas for us. And got us through the insurance process quick and easy. Thanks to the staff for an easy quick and clean process, and keeping us updated though everything!
