Roof installation: Spartan StormShield - September 3, 2026We had a new roof installed to replace a 30+ year old one. The crew showed up bright and early and worked efficiently throughout a very hot and humid day. James and Josh kept us apprised during the installation process. The crew took extra care around our landscaping. We were very pleased with the end result and received many compliments from our neighbors about the installation and how nice the new roof looks. Can't say enough good things about Spartan StormShield and our new roof. Andy was who we worked with on the sales side, and he bent over backwards to help — walked us through every option, explained everything clearly, never once felt pushy. I've called him with questions over the years and he's always picked up. If you're on the fence about who to use, stop looking and call Andy.James managed the project and was on-site the whole time, walking us through what was happening as it happened. We hit a couple of hiccups along the way (as any big roofing job will), but James stayed on it until everything was right — never pushed back on a single concern we raised, just found the fix.The quality of the work itself went above and beyond too. Ice guard, waterproof underlayment, top-tier shingles — they use the good stuff and don't cut corners on the details most roofers just skip over. It's clear they build roofs to actually last, not just to look good on install day.What really sets Spartan apart is that it's actual people who take your concerns seriously, not a sales pitch. I've also dealt with Joel Arlia, who's part of the leadership team, over the years and he's always taken my calls and been helpful. Good customer service starts at the top, and it shows — Spartan is unmatched. Highly recommend.

After a tree fell on my house during a storm and left a gaping hole in my roof, I honestly didn't know where to start. As a first-time homeowner, dealing with insurance and finding a trustworthy roofer felt overwhelming. Luckily through family I had a guy that came recommended, Andy with Spartan.A huge shoutout to Andy (Andrew), who worked incredibly hard to get everything squared away with my insurance company and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. He checked in with me throughout the process, and even after the job was finished, he followed up to make sure I was fully satisfied with the work.There was one small area I wasn't completely happy with, and both Andy and the company took it seriously. They came out, listened to my concerns, and made it right without any hassle. That kind of follow-through says a lot about a company's integrity.The finished product is a gorgeous blue metal roof that I couldn't be happier with, and they completed the entire installation in just two days. Which I've since learned is practically unheard of for a metal roof. Their pricing was also very fair compared to other quotes I received.If I ever need a roof again (hopefully not!), Andy and Spartan Storm Shield will be my first and only call. Highly recommend them to anyone dealing with storm damage or looking for a quality roofing team they can trust.
