Can't say enough about Gerrell and Joel. When Spartan replaced my roof, they exceeded my expectations by far. They were professional, paid great attention to details, and communicated with me on a regular basis. They did an outstanding job. Since then, I have had to call them for additional help and their response is top notch. They worked until midnight to help me repair a chimney. Recently I called them for help on a minor issue and they responded with the same level of urgency. GERRELL did an outstanding job. He responded right away and within a couple of days completed the repairs. Best customer service!

I reached out to Spartan StormShield after losing ridge cap during a storm. We had crudely repaired the affected area and wanted a roof inspection and permanent repairs carried out. Our sales contact, Andy, assessed the damage and informed me of our remedy options. We ended up working with Andy to submit a storm damage claim. The roof inspection with our insurance company was supervised by Andy, and was more comprehensive that expected. They noted the hail and wind damage to the shingle, but also to areas of soft metal flashing and the siding. We were able to complete roofing and siding work under the same claim and got 3 sides of the house sided, in addition to the new shingle. Delivery of the shingle created us a problem to overcome. The delivery truck cracked one of the squares in our driveway. We reported the issue to Spartan through Andy, who worked with his management team to contract the repair of the driveway. Unfortunately, the resulting repair was awful. Andy and his management team requested pictures and then came out to assess the subpar finish for themselves. The work was redone by the same contractor...this time with a much more agreeable result. The roofing and siding teams were excellent. The siding team even spared a couple of minutes to kick a ball around with my son in the yard during a break. We were happy with the way Spartan operated, and as a result decided to complete our exterior work with them by having new gutters and downspouts installed, along with gutter guards. We worked with Andy again to schedule the upgrade and were very happy with the one-day install of larger seamless gutters and downspouts. I would highly recommend Spartan StormShield for roof repairs, roof replacement, siding and gutter systems.

SpartanStormShield did an awesome job from start to finish. My new roof looks Great! They had good communication with me before, during and after the job was completed. They cleaned up the area after the job was completed. I would definitely recommend Spartan StormShield.

Gerrell and Spartan StormShield team are the nicest people you can work with, Gerrell took the time to explain everything from start to finish, they will answer all your questions, concerns and answer you call or texts promptly, great customer service from office staff, everyone on the Spartan team. No doubt they are the best out there!!!

Bob was great! He inspected our roof and assured us that no work was needed at this time, which we really appreciated. On top of that, he went out of his way to fix a fallen piece of fascia board at no charge. Honest, professional, and helpful—highly recommend this roofing company!
