I had storm damage to my roof. After talking with several roofing companies I decided to go with Spartan because of the quality of materials they use and the step by step way they do things that was explained to me and the lifetime warranty was an added plus. I believe this roof will last for a very long time but if I do have a problem I believe they will take care of it. They did a great job. Special thanks to Freeman for putting up with me as picky as I can be and coming out on short notice when my tarp that someone else put on started leaking.

We had a tornado hit our neighborhood. Never seen anything like it. As neighbors, we were doing what neighbors do, Jack came out and was mending roofs temporarily. I met him fixing one of my neighbors houses and he gave me his card. I didn’t think much of it except “nice guy”. Two days later, we get done cleaning up our neighborhood and I notice my house was missing chunks of shingles. (Never looked at mine). I call Jack and he was here within an hour, climbed up and put 5 different tarps on it. I offered him money and he refused. We contacted our insurance company and Jack at Spartan handled all of it. I got multiple reminders days beforehand and they set expectations very well. It took them not even 2 days to replace my roof. James, the project manager, and I talked for a bit. Super nice guy and made sure I was comfortable in all of it. Reassured me of concerns and made sure I was happy. Afterwards, you couldn’t tell they were here. I had a fear of nails popping tires, (due to my neighbors who got hit by the same tornado and also got roofs replaced by other people…and their tires getting replaced by leftover nails). I looked for hours and walked around with a magnet after they were done. NOT 1 NAIL or piece of debris. The yard looks untouched and the roof looks fantastic. Thank you Jack and James for turning this terrible experience into a relief! I’ve already referred them..

Great experience from start to finish! I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service I received was really impressive—especially thanks to James Packeood. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole roofing process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything stress-free. We were forced to replace our roof after an insurance inspection. Andy and the team at spartan stormshield went all out to get our roof done. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get there roof replaced.
