From the first communication to the last, the Spartan team proved they care about their quality of work and customer satisfaction. They upheld their reputation of being a wholesome company and from my experience this is how they did it. During the first visit to quote the project they were on my roof, thoroughly investigating problem areas and applied preventative caulk without expecting anything in return. We discussed the different options for installation methods that they offer, and I was able to comfortably make my choice without any pressure to be up sold. The scheduling process was easy, we made some adjustments due to weather and they presented multiple options to satisfy my schedule. During installation a large storm unexpectedly formed late in the day and the team hustled to dry us in before the weather hit. Jarod and Jes didn’t just go the extra mile, they went beyond that to make sure my home wouldn’t be damaged by the storm and to my relief they were successful. The following day they were back at 7 am to finish the job after working extra hours to combat the storm the night before. I can’t speak highly enough about this company, the employees, and the owners. They have a passion for doing what’s right, that’s what matters, and that’s why I would recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof for their home.

The idea of a new roof and gutters and can be daunting for anyone, especially for the first time. The group at Spartan StormShield made it absolutely effortless for our family. From the complete transparency of pricing to the scheduling, our experience was excellent to say the least. By far the most important and impressive to us was their communication. If we had a question or needed to reschedule anything during the process they were available to contact at the drop of a hat. The work schedule can get in the way sometimes, I'm sure for any of us. They were incredibly accommodating and understanding as we had to adjust at a point. We also had some structural work done on the house which made this a complete one stop shop for us. If you are in need of a quality roof, gutters or really anything done for your home Spartan StormShield should be your first call.

I had the pleasure to be served by two of the most professional gentlemen who replaced my skylight. Ervin and his assistant Jes did an outstanding job, both in ordering my skylight and installation. They were so courteous and respectful. I even felt comfortable enough to leave my residence during installation because I felt they were very trustworthy. Although my project isn’t totally complete yet, I put confidence in Ervin to see it through. We worked with Andrew and Noel. Noel spent about an hour inspecting our roof from inside and out, and by far provided the most detailed assessment and quote of all contractors. The price was competitive and gave us a good range of options. The crew was amazing! They showed up early, were careful and protective of the property, and Andrew visited the site each day and addressed questions and issues (which were few and minor). The attention to detail in every eave, peak, ridge, flashing is evident. Our flat roof in particular took special attention and they were very thorough sealing and flashing and restoring some wood rot. All our neighbors are so complimentary on how good it looks. Maybe most amazing at all, there's not a *trace* of their presence after cleanup. No nails or scraps, our deck furniture was clean and back in place, and everything is nicer than before they came. I can't recommend this team strongly enough.

This is an excellent roofing company. From Andy, our contractor to Rob the person that ran the job. They did a great job. Our roof looks wonderful. And the cleanup was great. Also, it was done very quickly.
