Meet Joel Arlia: Co-Owner

Joel Arlia is the Owner of Spartan Stormshield and has helped lead the company’s growth since 2016, building it into a trusted provider of roofing solutions and storm damage restoration services throughout the region. Under his leadership, Spartan Stormshield has earned recognition as a GAF President’s Club contractor, placing the company among the top roofing installers in the nation.

With more than 16 years of hands-on experience in the roofing and restoration industry, Joel brings extensive knowledge and practical expertise to every project. His areas of specialization include storm restoration services, commercial roofing, roofing installations, and leak analysis, allowing him to guide homeowners and property owners through complex projects with confidence and professionalism. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship, Joel focuses on delivering durable, high-performing roofing solutions backed by exceptional customer care.

Outside of work, Joel enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, and riding his motorcycle. His passion for helping people and dedication to excellence continue to shape both his personal life and his leadership at Spartan Stormshield.
