Spartan was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Jack, Anthony and the entire team were professional, proactive, and communicative throughout the process. Everything went smoothly, the work was completed on time, and the cleanup was thorough. What stood out most was the integrity and care the team demonstrated. We had been working with another reputable company before Spartan, and despite their strong brand, the experience was very disappointing. Jack and Spartan turned things around completely and took care of us the right way. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy, high-integrity company.

Spartan replaced our roof at the end of September. Jack was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions at our initial estimate and when we signed all the paperwork. The crew that worked on the roof went above and beyond making sure things were done correctly. We were amazed at how clean the whole process was! They were extremely respectful of our house/yard and willing to work around us coming and going throughout the day. Would highly recommend!

Top to bottom, an excellent experience. Second roof of the year by Spartan, 2 home runs. I had several companies come out for estimates but Jarod from Spartan was the only one to take the time and come up with the right solution for our home. The roof was complicated and had many areas I was concerned about being done correctly. Jarod had the knowledge to make sure we were using the correct materials to prevent ice dams and then backed up the work with a lifetime warranty. Once we signed with them, the communication by Kris and his team in the office was top notch. They set expectations well and then ended up scheduling me a few days early. Tony was our project manager on site, which I had never experienced before. He was there on the job making sure everything was going according to plan and getting my input if there a decision to be made. Again, great communication, attention to detail. I’ve worked in the construction industry for a long time and these guys are just doing it better than everyone else. The roof turned out beautiful

Noel and Jason went above and beyond expectations to correct the botched roofing job by ABC roofing which ended in me being awarded a judgment against ABC. I shall be forever grateful.

Our experience with Spartan Stormshield was exceptional. My wife and I bought our first home in 2025, and shortly after had the unfortunate luck of our roof and gutters being damaged by a hail storm. Andy was recommended by a coworker and has since proven himself to be a consummate professional. He walked us through every step of the process before it happened. There were no surprises because Andy explained every possible avenue and how he would tackle any obstacles. More importantly, he delivered. His information was accurate at every level, so we always felt like we were a step ahead. Any remaining questions I had during the process were answered efficiently and accurately. The cherry on top is that our new roof and gutters were covered by insurance, look incredible, and are accompanied by a lengthy, transferable warranty. Not only will I recommend Andy and Spartan Stormshield to anyone who needs a new roof, but I will be going to Andy first for any exterior needs for my current home and any home I inhabit in the future.
