We had a roof leak and couldn’t figure out where it was or how to deal with it. We called Spartan storm shield. Aaron Walters-Boyd came out assessed the situation and assured us that we would be taken care of! Aaron handled everything from beginning to end along with dealing with our Insurance company. Aaron was informative and explained everything in great detail. We were completely satisfied and will refer the company and Aaron to anyone in need!

I called Aaron because I noticed some missing singles. He came over and tarted the exposed areas for us. And got us through the insurance process quick and easy. Thanks to the staff for an easy quick and clean process, and keeping us updated though everything!

We worked with Gerrell on a siding project/insurance claim and he was invaluable through out the entire lengthy, process. He was very knowledgeable and we are thrilled with the end result of our home. Anthony was our project manager and did a great job managing the job from start to finish, and completing any punch work we had until we were completely satisfied. My experience with Spartan StormShield is a very happy one. In 2022 a tree split from wind damage and went thru my roof causing damage to my master bedroom and many other things in my yard. After the insurance claim, I went with a small local roofer who I thought I could trust but after the first leak I was told it wasn't his problem or that my son could go up on the roof to fix the "nail pops" that were happening. Ok, so fast forward to 2025, I saw an ad in the Mimi Magazine for Spartan and liked what I read so I called to make an appointment with a gentleman named Andy. Andy explained in detail what products Spartan uses and why they use them. With our weather the way it is, I had to wait until Spring, 2026 for my roof install. Andy reassured me that if I had a leak they would come to fix it at no charge before my install. I was able to call Andy anytime to ask a question or get reassured that this company would stand by their word. I never got a voicemail or was told I would get a callback, Andy answered every time and never rushed me off the phone. He made me feel that my questions or concerns were important to him. So today, May 6, 2026 my new roof was installed. Justin, the Project Manager for my job was easy to deal with, personable and took any amount of time I asked for to be sure this roof install was correct. He even took pictures in detail for me when I asked him. I recommend Spartan StormShield for quality products and workmanship. Their crew was awesome and wasted no time in getting this done for me. They cleaned up so well that it looks like they were never here. The experience of replacing a roof can be challenging at best trying to find the right company for your needs and budget.The team at Spartan made every step in process much easier. Starting with Aaron the Roofing Specialist who throughly inspected my roof and shared photos of my current roof. He clearly outlined my options and articulated the advantages that Spartan brings to their customers. Top of the list was customer service, and they demonstrated that every step of the way.Pricing was competitive with other quotes I received. It wasn't the lowest quote, but it was somewhere in the middle. No hidden charges and included a few sheets of plywood at no cost in case they found some roof damage. Additional sheets were extra, but the pricing was clearly stated and competitive.The project manager and roofing crews were extremely professional and effecient in their work. They were on time with minimal mess and disruption to my yard and property. They constantly cleaned up and swept the yard daily for loose nails over the course of the 2 day job.Great experience, competitve price, and easy to do business with. I would recommend Spartan Store Shield for anyone considering replacing their roof.

I worked with Andy from Spartan StormShield and he really made the process of getting a new roof less stressful, easy, and fast. I don’t prefer to deal with insurance and although I did a bit, Andy dealt with the insurance company more and we are very appreciative. We just had to give our consent and agreement (converse, of course) and the roofing process started right away—just as we wished for. The final product looks amazing, thanks to Andy and his crew!
