We understand that the quality of the shingles is crucial, which is why we have selected ones that come with a 50-year warranty against any defects from the manufacturer.

 However, we also recognize that most leaks are not caused by faulty materials, but rather by improper installation practices. That’s why most roofing companies only offer a 1-year labor warranty. 

But at Spartan StormShield, we hold ourselves to a higher standard. Our lifetime “leak-through” warranty means that no matter the cause if water penetrates your roof, we will identify and fix the issue, whether it’s due to installation errors, extreme weather conditions, or even a manufacturer’s defect.

Of course, some situations are not covered by our warranty. These include ice dams caused by a gutter protection system that has not been approved in writing by Spartan StormShield management, catastrophic storm damage that is covered by your homeowner’s insurance policy, and vandalism.
