Andrew was professional when we met and explained the process throughly and understandably. The pricing may be higher than some, but I have a very large roof and I'm confident in the quality of work. My old roof kept getting more and more spots which started leaking into the house. Since the new roof the leaks seemed to have stopped. I am grateful to all on the project, everyone was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend their services.

Spartan did an amazing job at my house for a roof replacement. From the start working with Jeramie on consultation for the roof & to the team coming out to do the job- Robert was the project manager for the roof getting done & had excellent communication leading up to the day & during the day of the roof getting done. He was fantastic!! The overall Spartan team was super quick as well- getting our job done within the day! I highly recommend the team to anyone in need of a new roof!!

Jack worked with me to submit my roof claim to my insurance company and walked me through the process and contacted them often to get my status updated and approved. he made it so easy. robert and james were the crew leaders and their team was skilled, friendly, hardworking and thorough. did the tear off of the house and two sheds, replaced sheathing where needed, reroofed and installed a new ridge vent all in one day. when they left you could not tell they had been there with the exception of a beautiful new roof. i highly highly recommend this company! ~Jeff in Cuyahoga Falls.

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Spartan StormShield worked with me on getting my grandmother's roof replaced after some heavy winds wreaked havoc on it.The Project Manager Andy came out and walked me through the entire process. He even came back out on a Saturday to help us file our claim. The onsite team was just as amazing. Our garage has a project car in it and the foreman went out of his way to make sure it was covered and protected from any potential dust or light stray debris. He actually went out and got a heavy tarp himself to drape over it.Lastly and probably most importantly, the project manager Andy was always very easy to reach to answer any questions I might have. When dealing with a major project like a roof that really eased my mind.From start to finish, I can't say enough good things about them. They did an amazing job.

Spartan did a great job on my roof. It was 30 years old and in need of replacement. Spartan replaced the roof and did a great job. My roof is 6,000 square feet and they tore it off and replaced it in three days. Jes was so easy to work with. He made sure everything was done right. I now have a roof that I don’t need to worry about for the rest of my life. Thank you Jes!

This company was absolutely outstanding, from account manager to general foreman to onsite foreman. Jack (account manager) helped me deal with reluctant insurance adjusters and was patient beyond measure; James ensured his crew left the area around my home much, much cleaner than they found it (and they considerately checked in with my neighbors throughout the day), and Robert has made a point of returning to finish up details that I didn't even notice. Oh, and did I mention that the ROOF LOOKS FABULOUS.
